Restorative Yoga

at Bristol Yoga Space

In this restorative yoga class, postures are held for several minutes with minimal effort, giving you space to slow down, ease into relaxation, and restore both body and mind. Supported by props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets, these nurturing poses help the body and nervous system fully release and unwind.
