Psychotherapy

People come to psychotherapy for many reasons — recurring patterns, ongoing difficulties, or simply a sense that something needs to change. Sometimes we just need someone who is trained to listen, who is present and interested. I offer a safe, supportive space to explore whatever feels important, using mindfulness and somatic awareness to meet your experience with compassion. This can bring clarity, release stuckness, and help you live with more freedom and authenticity.

I offer Mindfulness-based Core Process Psychotherapy. The training takes four and a half years and is a full member of the U.K. Council for Psychotherapy. This style of therapy centres on a mindful, compassionate presence. By turning gentle attention toward the parts of us that are wounding, hurting or reacting, we can begin to heal and discover new ways of being with ourselves, uncovering an innate sense of health and possibility.

My standard fee is £55, concession rates are also available.
Seeking support can be a big decision, and the key to effective therapy is finding a therapist you feel comfortable with. I offer a free 30 minute meeting or call before sessions begin, so we can explore how it would feel to work together without any cost or commitment.
I work in person from The Practice Rooms Queen Square or from anywhere via Zoom
