This style of therapy delves into the core of human experience, orienting towards our innate goodness and wellness. I provide a safe, grounded space to support you in exploring your experience and discovering new ways of relating to yourself and life.

About me
I am a senior trainee in Core Process Psychotherapy (UKCP accredited) and a yoga and meditation teacher, with experience guiding students one-on-one, in classes, and through workshops since 2013. Over the years, I have been fortunate to learn from many inspiring teachers, and my own contemplative practice and self-inquiry continue to inform both my personal growth and professional work.
